UCID®: User Centered Industrial Design
UCID®: is a way of developing:
- Products that are understood and appreciated by the user
- With a very efficient involvement of users
- To avoid expensive rework
- To achieve success in the market
A product's success is measured by the extent to which it is understood and appreciated by users. By testing these aspects as early as possible in the entire process, it is possible to greatly enchance the likelihood of developing user-friendly products. The UCID approach (User Centered Interaction Design) is based on establishing more effective communication between marketing and design and/or production.
